Keep your Stock in Control
Each step of manufacturing and sales automatically adjusts inventory levels of raw materials, finished products and scrap. Set safe quantities for raw materials along with lead times for fulfillment, to make sure you always have what you need on hand.
Online and Offline Payments
Customers can pay open invoices with credit cards, digital wallets or ACH. Customers with NET30 or other payment terms can get automated reminders when payments are due. You can also set up subscriptions and recurring payments. Review payment status in Accounts Receivable.
Invoice
One-click invoicing from the Sales Order or Delivery Note. Include standard and custom terms and conditions statements, certifications and other notes. The customer’s default payment terms and taxes are automatically applied. If a label was created through shipping integrations, the tracking number will be automatically added to the invoice.
Shipping Rates, Delivery Note and Tracking
The Delivery Note can be created from the Sales Order in one click. Partial shipments and divided orders are no problem. Calculate and compare rates and print labels through integration with EasyShip. Customers get a tracking number on the invoice, and can also checkĀ tracking through a web portal.
Maintain product excellence
Quality inspection parameters can be set for any stage of production, as well as for the final product and purchased materials. A message will automatically pop up when an inspection is required.
Manage asset use
The production calendar helps you maximize equipment and personnel use, to avoid double booking and idle time.
Track hours and productivity
The sequence of operations is set in a routing document. The job card tracks the start and stop times for each task. It can also be used to track scrap.
Create a Work Order
You can create a Work Order right from the Sales Order. The work order automatically pulls data from the sales order and BOM to eliminate unnecessary data entry. When saved, it creates job cards for all the operations, reserves inventory and creates a material transfer request.

Create a customer from the lead with one click and a Sales Order from the Quotation with another. If you have just one default customer group, you can even do the whole thing in one click instead of two.
